Regina M. Pangerl

Before attending law school, Ms. Pangerl worked for nearly 11 years as a freelance paralegal for various Phoenix attorneys, including Glenn M. Davis, who is now a judge of the Maricopa County Superior Court. In order to advance her career, Ms. Pangerl was accepted into the Arizona State University’s College of Law.

During law school, Ms. Pangerl performed successful externships for the United States Attorney’s Office, the Arizona Center for Disability Law, and the Honorable Susan Bolton of the United States District Court. Ms. Pangerl also worked in the law school’s civil clinic serving underprivileged clients who could not afford legal counsel, and she mediated cases in justice court.

Ms. Pangerl graduated with magna cum laude honors from Arizona State University’s College of Law in 2004. She earned a place in the law school’s “Order of the Coif”, graduating 9th in her law school class. Ms. Pangerl also earned special graduation recognition for the hundreds of hours of pro bono legal service she performed for the Phoenix community during her three years of law school, predominately working with victims of domestic violence. In her senior year, she became President of the law school’s Advocacy for Battered Women program, where she founded two programs for the organization. Ms. Pangerl received a scholarship from the State Bar of Arizona Public Lawyer’s Division for the superior service she rendered to her community.

Following law school, Ms. Pangerl clerked for the Arizona Court of Appeals. Upon the conclusion of her clerkship, Ms. Pangerl went into private practice for two years at The Hallier Law Firm, where she practiced family law exclusively. Ms. Pangerl then transferred her practice to the Law Firm of Steven D. Keist, P.C. where she was able to expand her practice to include personal injury and civil matters. On July 30, 2008, Ms. Pangerl opened her own practice, “Pangerl Law Firm, P.L.L.C.” where she primarily practices family law, personal injury, and appeals. The firm is also expanding into the area of special education law.

Ms. Pangerl is a member of the Arizona State Bar Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the West Maricopa County Bar Association, and the Arizona Women Lawyer’s Association. In addition, Ms. Pangerl also holds an Arizona real estate license. She is a strong advocate for clients, with the ability to assist them in meeting their objectives without the need for trial, while at the same time being aggressive in the courtroom when necessary.

Ms. Pangerl has resided in the Phoenix area with her husband and children since 1990. Outside of the office, she enjoys family time, music, and the outdoors.
